Access to restricted areas in the Rothschild Solomon
site and private memorandum offerings are limited to investors
who qualify as "accredited investors" under regulation
D of the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, or who have
such knowledge and experience in financial and business matters
that they are competent to evaluate the merits and risks of
prospective investments.
An accredited investor is:
An individual who has earned $200,000 USD in annual income for
the past two years ($300,000 if a spouses income is included)
and has reasonable expectation of doing so in the future, or
a net worth of $1 million).
Prospective investors must complete the questionnaire in order
to gain access to restricted areas of the website or receive
memorandums offerings. A password will be provided to Accredited
and/or Qualified investors.
The composite performance record is hypothetical and these trading
advisors have not traded together in the manner shown in the
composite. Hypothetical performance results have many inherent
limitations, some of which are described below. No representation
is being made that any multi-advisor managed account or pool
will or is likely to achieve a composite performance record
similar to that shown. In fact, there are frequently sharp differences
between a hypothetical composite performance record and the
actual record subsequently achieved.
One of the limitations of a hypothetical composite performance
record is that decisions relating to the selection of trading
advisors and the allocation of assets among those trading were
made with the benefit of hindsight based upon the historical
rates of return. Another inherent limitation on these results
is that the allocation decisions reflected in the performance
record were not made under actual market conditions and, therefore,
cannot completely account for the impact of financial risk in
actual trading. Furthermore, the composite performance record
may be distorted because the allocation of assets changes from
time to time and these adjustments are not reflected in the
composite.
PRIVACY STATEMENT
Our sites registration form requires users to supply us with
personal information. We use client information from the registration
form to send the user information about our company and to verify
qualification. The client's information is also used to contact
the user when necessary. We do not sell, give or otherwise distribute
your information to any third party not affiliated with Rothschild
Solomon Capital Management, LLC.
